High Quality is our top priority. Whenever possible, we proceed fresh, regional products, which we carefully select and cook with lots of love and skills. We wilfully avoid convenience products and therefore focus on homemade food, prepared according to traditional recipes or innovative ideas with new twists. A good meal starts with the right choice of ingredients. We’re truly lucky that so many fine ingredients can be found in the surrounding area.

To our main menu, we add a seasonal menu which celebrates the flavours of the seasons. Working with cyclic and territorial ingredients makes firstly sense from a sustainability perspective due to short transport routes and is secondly also a question of taste. We all know: seasonal and regional produce simply tastes better.

Sometimes it's the simplest things that make a day perfect. That's why we keep our breakfast traditional. Help yourself to a classic continental breakfast: crispy bread, fine butter, homemade jam, meat, and hearty regional cheese. Enjoy coffee and a selection of teas and juices with your first meal of the day. This native breakfast provides our guests with the energy they need for a pleasurable day. No matter if they opt for a panoramic hike, continue their journey through our beautiful country, or take a day off on the sun terrace.

Whether it’s private or business—we are happy to help you make a lasting impression with your event. Our restaurant and snuggery provide a cosy and comfortable setting for birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas parties, or business lunches between Interlaken and Lucerne. No matter if it’s lunch, dinner, or just a coffee break: tour groups are also welcome. We are ideally located on the way to the Open-Air Museum Ballenberg, Brienz, and Interlaken.
